The agreement
These terms are an agreement between your business and Titus for use of the Titus app and website. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.
Your account and your team
- The account owner controls who joins their business and what each team member can do.
- You're responsible for keeping login details secure and for what your team does in the app.
- You must give accurate business details (including ABN/NZBN where applicable).
Subscription and billing
- Titus is billed as a flat monthly subscription in AUD, processed by Stripe.
- Prices exclude GST; GST is added on your invoice per AU/NZ rules.
- There's no lock-in contract. It's month to month. Cancel any time and your subscription runs to the end of the paid period.
- You can start free without a credit card.
Your data
- The data you put into Titus belongs to your business, not to us.
- You can export everything, any time, from Settings.
- We handle personal information per our Privacy Policy.
- If you cancel, we keep your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
Acceptable use
Don't use Titus to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to interfere with the service or other customers' data. We can suspend accounts that do.
AI-drafted content
Updates (progress summaries for your clients and others outside your team) can be drafted from your daily logs using AI. Drafts are suggestions: you review, edit and decide what's sent. You're responsible for the content you send to your clients.
Service availability
We work to keep Titus fast and available, but no software is up 100% of the time. We may update or change features; if we ever discontinue the service we'll give you reasonable notice and time to export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Titus is provided "as is" and our liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we'll notify the account owner by email before they take effect.
